Golden Girl needs a Golden Girl!💫

I have /2 baths, I shower in the full bath and take everything I need in with me.. I don't leave anything in there.(Like in a dorm) $.total, I take up the whole rest of the apt. so I pay the other half of the rent plus, I pay for a monthly cleaning service, (kitchen and bathrooms)the gas, electricity & WiFi. The small bedroom is furnished, but can also be emptied for you. + I have to ask for someone who would rather not be too hot. ..as opposed to someone who is always freezing. I'm a very young older woman...with a lb. dog who's blind. I only have a couple of simple house 'rules.' Text: Lease is one year, at least..🩵 pets: OK.
*Coin laundry is right outside our back door.. Yard is fenced. You can hear Wrigley field concerts on our patio! $.deposit can be used as last month's rent..but my hope is for someone long term.
Common area is quiet and calm.
I work a couple very part time jobs and I volunteer at the Burn Center, downtown. The rest of the time I'm retired. Available now.
