The house is set up with 3 bedrooms upstairs, and another bedroom downstairs on the main floor next to the second bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry.

The owners of the house will be living in a separate unit in the basement. All utilities are included in the monthly rental price, which includes 2GB fiber optic internet, trash, water, sewer, and electricity.
