Hello! We have a standard sized room in North Tustin with a coed household that can be available on February 1st. It’s about 5min drive to Irvine and 7min drive to costa mesa and 2min drive to Santa Ana.

The household has bath on a sq ft lot and newly renovated with Washer/dryer. Everyone is in their upper ’s to early ’s, super clean, and works good stable engineering and healthcare jobs. Everyone is basic background checked as well for felonies or previous evictions.
It’s a nice affluent neighborhood and down the street from Trader joes, Sprouts, Albertsons, Costco and a bunch of awesome coffee spots and 2min drive to the freeway.
