/F, I have 1 female dog. She’s a Mini Schnauzer named Bean. Very sweet baby that loves people and is very calm. I graduated from FIU in December of and I work in Hospitality Management & Tourism. I hold a M-F pm job, and my Friday’s are remote. I love travel, history, music, and do Yoga. Progressive, warm, and inclusive household.

The house is a family home and my sister /F lives next door in the separate 1 bedroom apartment with her fiancé /M.

Appliances are all Samsung and 2 years old. House was fully renovated/updated June . Part of a duplex, so a bedroom apartment is attached to the home. Home is furnished except for your room.
