ROOM FOR RENT!! SUBLEASE!

Looking for someone to sublease my room starting as early as April or as late as May, it’s in the P.O.E.T neighborhood right behind King Soopers on Taft.
Two really chill and considerate people live there already. Must be LGBT+ friendly.
There is one little dog that is mainly down stairs most of the time. They do allow pets but there is a fee.
Shared bathroom with upstairs roommate. Access to kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, plus extra storage in garage.
$ a month not including utilities. You will need to apply with Places Reality.
Willing to pay your application fee and transfer fee. You would be doing me a favor.
