I am looking for someone to re-let my current lease that ends July st. Right off of College Ave, across the street from SDSU. Private room in a b apartment with a tandem parking spot. Current roommate is a college student in her early twenties.

Parking- inside garage(optional)
Ultities- trash, water, sewer, gas, electric depends on usage


I will pay utilities!!!!! Looking for someone asap!
