Room for rent!!

All the things inside the room will be removed!!!!! I'm just using it for storage until I find someone for the room:) It is not furnished at all, but I have a couple of things like the coffee table in the picture, and also a desk, if you want them:) The walk in closet connects the bedroom with the main bathroom. It would be all yours as I have my own bathroom in my room, but that bathroom has an entrance from the hallway too. Rent is 1250$ a month and bills are about $200 in total, sometimes less than that. We could add it to the monthly payment or just split the bills every month. Internet is always the same ($40) so that would be added to rent always $625 + $20 =$645.00 each. I don’t have any pets but they are allowed in the property, and I don’t mind them as long as the owner takes responsibility for it. There is a monthly fee the complex makes you pay if you have a pet. If that’s the case, you’d be responsible to pay for the fee as the owner of the pet (only cats/dogs). Lease ends in December 2026 but I’m planning on renewing it.
