I have an ESA cat who is super friendly who would accompany myself. I prefer to have my own bathroom and live with females, but not required. My budget is around $ without utilities and up to $ potentially. If utilities are included that’s a big bonus! I’m anticipating a job offer this week for a job in Newport Beach.
