Private room for rent

Me ( M) and my Roomate Jo ( F) have an open room in our three bedroom apartment. We would love someone to move in for February.
It’s $ a month with utilities (standard utilities plus internet) and you’ll be sharing a large bathroom with Jo. We are both hard workers, pretty quiet people, and want to create a home not just a house. We are not big party people and we don’t have a lot of friends over but we would love to get to know you and have game nights with our Roomate.
