Looking to rent out a private loft with full bathroom in a large house on a one acre wooded lot in a quiet Delmar neighborhood. Looking for a young professional or student that doesn’t smoke, is courteous and easy to get along with. The loft comes fully furnished with a few dressers, an office desk, a new smart TV and new mini fridge (not pictured yet). Private full bathroom on same floor. Includes, electricity, heat, A/C, Vios internet, washer/dryer and driveway parking. There's also a pool and hot tub seasonally (Pool: June-September, Hot Tub: April-November) Great neighborhood close to parks and recreation while also ten minutes to Albany.

Looking for either month to month, or anything up to a half year lease if you prefer.

It's just me living here now with my cat Tiki (pictured) she is very sweet. And an occasional person staying over from time to time.
