You have the full use of the house that you share and a bathroom w/only one roomy to share. In other words we’ve got great shared common areas and a laundry room to make life easy. The house is always clean. The area and neighborhood is safe, peaceful, comfortable, with great neighbors!

The rent includes Wifi, Driveway Parking, Laundry use, Trash and Utilities included.
