Room for Rent

Hi, my name is Kimberly. I am a year old who recently lost my husband. I am looking to rent a room in my home. The room is in Eustace, Tx. minutes from Athens, and Gun Barrel City, Tx. The monthly rent is with all bills paid and the room is available in January
Tenant will have their own private bath, and will have access to laundry room washer & dryer, kitchen, and common spaces.
No pets, No drugs, no overnight guests, no more than two visitors at a time with a visitor curfew of 9pm. Prefer a one year lease as to a month to month basis but will consider monthly. Tenant must pass a background check.
