Rules:
• No pets (we already have 2 cats)
• No smoking or vaping inside the house (backyard is fine)
• No overnight guests
• No parties (lowkey hangouts and get-togethers are fine as long as you just give us a heads up - we will do the same for you)⁣
• At the end of the day, we’re roomies not strangers so let all we ask for is common courtesy and communication • Ideally we’d love to be friends with whoever moves in, but you’re more than welcome to keep to yourself and we’ll always respect your privacy!
