Mom and son looking for fresh start

year old mom to a 3 year old boy, looking for a room to rent until I finish nursing school. Currently as a medical assistant at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. We are clean, quiet, and almost never have guests over. We are very private people. The only noise you might hear is of us giggling and laughing because I do a lot of play activities with my son.
