No smoking inside of house but feel free to smoke outside on the patio. Apartment isn’t furnished yet so you’ll have to bring your own bed, and deck your space out however you want it. WiFi is available. I’m a year old female. I’m very quiet person but super cool. I spend most of my time working and when I’m home I’m in my room reading or conducting life coaching sessions.
