Renting out a room for $600/month. Utilities + Wi-fi are $100/month. The home looks just about brand new. Since I’m the only person living here for now, you’ll have a bathroom all for yourself. The room is furnished with only a full-size bed, but you can also bring whatever you want to add to the room. 1/2 space of the garage can be used for your vehicle or for storing your belongings. The lease is month-to-month from the start so there's no long-term commitment. First month rent + $600 refundable deposit is due upon moving in.
