I live downstairs and would like to find house mates who will share 2nd floor. The monthly rent is $ and two rooms are available. You will share bathroom with one roommate. Washer and dryer available to share. Utilities are shared with other roommates. Common area has microwave, tea kettles, and Keurig coffee maker but does not have sink. Each room has own mini refrigerator and door lock.
