Roommate Wanted br Townhouse

I’m looking for a roommate to replace the previous tenant on my lease. You’ll need to be approved by the apartment complex prior to moving in, which should be quick and easy as long as you have proof of income.
This really is a great spot. bath, townhouse with an upstairs, downstairs and only 2 quiet neighbors in the adjacent apartment. The community has 2 pools, a gym, walking paths along the water, dog parks, and tennis/basketball courts. As well as only being minutes from Saint Pete, and not too much further from Tampa.
I’m a year old guy, pretty laid back, and easy to live with. Ideally, I’m looking for someone in their s or early s who’s responsible, pays rent on time, and keeps shared spaces reasonably tidy. I’m not overly strict, but mutual respect is important, so no screaming at the guy who killed you in call of duty at 2am or house parties every weekend.
Totally fine if you have a girlfriend or bring friends over, but I’m only looking for one roommate living in the apartment.
$ total base rent
Utilities typically bring it closer to $ all together per month, so you're probably looking at a little over bucks when you split it up.
