This space is perfect for a digital nomad, someone visiting family, snowboarding, exploring Vancouver, or looking for a comfortable landing spot before finding something more permanent.

The location is fantastic: near the PNE, in a traffic-calmed neighbourhood, minutes’ walk to the water, surrounded by parks, and just minutes to the endless North Van trails in the Lower Seymour Conservation Area. Easy access to downtown, Hwy 1, major transit routes, and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Truly one of the best locations.
