• Upstairs Bedroom (’) – unfurnished
• $/month (no pet)
• $/month (with pet)
• Security deposit = one month’s rent
• Bathroom shared with two other people
•good sized closet

💡 Utilities & Internet:
• Split evenly four ways

🐶 Pets:
• Two dogs already live in the house
• Additional pets considered (must be dog-friendly)

🛋️ Furnishings:
• Common areas will be furnished by roommates

✨ Ideal Roommate:
• Friendly, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces
• Stable income, ideally making around 3x the rent
