There are people living there now all in mid to late twenties and early thirties working professionals who keep to themselves. Shared common spaces.The room is fully furnished as seen in picture.

You would be sharing a bathroom with three other roomies. We have a cleaning team that comes once per month. No pets.

Prefer 6 month lease minimum.
