💜 The house: my home is located close to Tampa Intl Airport and twenty minutes from downtown Tampa (Carrollwood/Westchase area). It offers plenty of space for two people and has a large backyard and high ceilings. There’s a guest room for family visitors. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. 💜 The room: twelve by twelve, west facing window, closet, flat screen TV included, full private bathroom. 💜 About me: regular M-F work schedule, super clean and super quiet. After work I go to the gym, hang out with my dog, watch movies, cook, read. Love to travel! My dog is very friendly and follows me around all day, so you’ll mostly see him greeting you at the door. He stays in his crate when I’m away from home. It’s important that you like dogs:) 💜 Roommate preferences: someone in her thirties like myself. Respectful, clean, kind, friendly, peaceful. Willing to help with cleaning our common areas. Please no additional pets, no kids. 💜Rent is all inclusive. First and last month’s rent upon moving in. Available this March.
