Room for Rent – Minutes from Broadway (Nashville)

Private room available in a house just minutes from Broadway in Nashville — ideal if you want quick access to downtown while still living in a quiet area.

Two young guys currently live here and we’re looking for a third roommate to move in immediately. The home is calm and respectful; we don’t really have people over and prefer things to stay quiet.

There are two room options available. The larger bedroom with its own private bathroom is $ per month. Any females I can negotiate price of the bigger room with private bathroom because a female should not be sharing a bathroom with a male. The other room is smaller and shares a bathroom. Additional storage space is available, along with extra closet space in the hallway. I also have multiple rolling clothing racks available if you need extra space for clothes.

The home includes a fenced-in backyard, making it great for dogs or cats, which are welcome here.
