Looking for roommates to sign lease

My girlfriend and I are looking for roommates to sign a lease with for this house. Total rent is $+utilities. There is a deposit of $ that we will pay of of course. It is a bath (4 bath technically) with a decent sized living room and kitchen. It is located off of Yale and near Caldwell BLVD. It has a fenced in back yard and a detached 3 car garage. Lawn care is taken care of by property management. There is also $ off for first month if we sign asap.

My girlfriend and I are both in our early s and are big gamers and night owls. We also love to cook and bake and watch movies. We are respectful, clean, and quiet. Both of us are employed. We also have 2 dogs, both very friendly. There is a 3 pet limit so it’ll be first come first serve for the next person that wants to sign that has a pet.

There are two bedroom upstairs, both about medium in size, and two bathrooms upstairs. We would like one of these. Downstairs is the other bedroom, as well as another large room, if someone wanted the whole basement for maybe slightly more that would work for us, you’d just have to work around laundry as it is in the basement.

We are looking for younger people, probably, looking for females, couples, or gay males. Just need to fill the two rooms.
