Room needed by May! (myself + 1🐶)

I’m a mid thirties average guy in search of a home for myself and dog. I have a very well behaved Doberman Pinscher. He is a registered Psychiatric Service Dog. 🔶Rooming Desire = 🔹LGBTQ+ preferred. 🔹 Dog Friendly a must! 🔹 Unfortunately a cat free zone is a must also. (So sorry dog just cannot be around them) 🔹 Male roommate preferred. 🔹 35+ preferred but not demanded. 🔹 Furnished would be amazing but if not I will figure that out as I to. ♦️ As for myself: I do not come with many belongings besides clothes and dog stuff. I mind my own business and try to keep to myself out of the way. I am ultra clean and very respectful. I do not judge and I am trustworthy. I clean up after myself. I respect your privacy and property.
