💵 $ per month (bills not included), gas and water included in rent. Electricity and wifi will be shared-amounts to aud/month max

💵 Bond $ (half of the 1 month rent)

Fully furnished bedroom and the building comes complete with amenities: gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool.

You’ll share a room (lower bunk) with a friendly and bubbly roommate. There will be 4 people in the house including you. They're very fun, social housemates who enjoy movies or beach days while respecting personal “me time” after work or studies.

They also have 2 cute cuddly well-behaved poodles who are fun to be around & give instant gs to take the stress away.

Inclusions:
📌1 shared bedroom (you'll take the lower bed)
📌2 shared bathroom (1 is a powder bathroom)
📌Shared kitchen and dining
📌Shared appliances (almost everything is in the house already so you don't need to worry)
