This will be a lease so a security deposit will be required in addition to an application and background check plus fee through the rental company. Rent is due on the first of every month for that month!

We are looking for someone to be ready to move in JANUARY 1ST. This listing is for the room seen in the blueprint!

Quaint home just north of Mint Hill, minutes away from Uptown and minutes away from UNCC. Common spaces include a private fenced in backyard, full kitchen, and living room, all of which you will have access to. We are three roommates in our s looking for someone to rent a guest bedroom. The bathroom will be shared with two other people. This house is pet, , and lgbtq+ friendly :) We do have a dog and two kittens who live here!

Rent does not include utilities!! Separate utilities consist of water, gas, electric, and internet, as well as a small monthly charge for trash, storm water, etc. (averages to about $ a month)
