Lease Takeover at the Berk on Arch

Hi! Me and my roommate Yuji, are looking for a pair of roommates to take over our lease, because we are going back home to Norway after a semester in Berkeley as exchange students. The room is at the Berk on Arch, right across the street from campus on the north side, which we have found to be a very convenient location! We have everything we need within walking distance. min walk to the BART station, min walk to Trader Joe’s and just a short walk from loads of great restaurants on the north side! We have a communal kitchen and bathrooms which are being cleaned 5 times a week by cleaning personnel. We have found this to be a very nice place to live, the amenities are great and the room with the pool table is a great place for hanging out with friends 🍻 The rent is $/month per person and the lease is from January 1 until May .
