I am a clean, respectful female seeking availability for a private -bathroom unit with a kitchen located within walking distance of UCF.
A few details about me:
I am Beneyaz, a postdoctoral researcher at UCF, and I am from Hyderabad, India.
I am vegetarian/vegan, so access to a fully functional kitchen is important.
I do not have any pets or a vehicle.
I am a sociable, responsible person and like to keep clean and organized.

My requirements:
Move-in date: February
Budget: $ per month.
Kitchen utilities included (stove, refrigerator, etc.)
Preference for vegetarian/vegan roommates for compatibility.
Female roommates.
Either in-unit or common washer/dryer is fine.
