I'm looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly female roommate for a comfortable house in Astoria, th Ave.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the th Ave subway station (N and W lines).
There are markets and various restaurants nearby, and a laundromat is just a minute away.

I'm a working professional, and I enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I don't bring parties home.

My current roommate is moving out, so I need someone to fill the larger room (I live in the smaller room). The larger room comes furnished with a bed, a table, and a wardrobe with a mirror.

The shared spaces are the bathroom and the kitchen.
