Access to laundry room, kitchen must be used for light cooking, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, microwave, swimming pool and common areas. Street parking available. Lease is only available for a single individual/ for a couple will be extra on rent. Tenants must work outside of the home full-time employment. No pets allowed (small pets will be consider) No smoking inside the house. Off street parking. No over night visitors.
