Let’s Be Roomies

I am looking for 1 roomie to room with me in my home that is available for move in now. The home is located in Elyson, a master planned community just off in Katy. The room is an unfurnished and room will come with a private full bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths upstairs. All utilities will be included with the rest including Internet WIFI, Electricity, Water, Gas, Lawn Service.
I prefer professional roommates that work normal work hours as I work Monday thru Friday mostly until around 5pm. I am pretty lowkey. I like to keep my place clean all the way around with no dishes in the sink, clothes or shoes laying around, and everything smelling fresh. I do not smoke and prefer non-smoking and for sure no drugs of any kind. No additional pets I already have 2 indoor house trained cats. I’m also gay if that matters.
