I’m a considerate, tidy professional who’s often busy or traveling, and I like the apartment to feel calm, friendly, and comfortable. I don't bring the party home. If you want a drama-free home with someone who’s reliable, respectful, and easy to live with, this is a great fit. My roomie now is moving so need someone to fill her big room (I am in the smaller one). Apartment will come furnished, though I'm open to redecorating the common space area, if you'd like!
