One roommate left with little notice so move in is available asap

Me and one other guy, we are both and pretty quiet people

I handle all the bills, it will never exceed $ a month which includes all utilities and internet

We have a garage (mainly for projects not cars) and a deck with a backyard. We are fine with having people over or parties (as long as we're included lol)

Must be okay with cats, I have 2 of them
