Hope you're doing well! My name is Christopher, and I came across your listing for the place you're renting. I’m currently looking for a new place to live while I work and chase my goals, and it seems like your place could be a great fit!
A bit about me: I’m originally from California and I work in car sales, so I’m usually out during the day. I went to Chadron State University, where I was an athlete for 4 years and graduated with a business degree. I’m responsible, laid-back, and I take pride in keeping things clean and tidy. I’m really easy to get along with, and I always clean up after myself in common areas and keep my personal space organized.
I’m looking for a chill, respectful living situation where we can both have our own space but also enjoy a friendly, down-to-earth environment. I’d love to chat more and see if we’d be a good fit as roommates.
