room / long term roommate NEEDED

looking for a serious roommate about me: has a 1 yr old
new to the area from the east side (no friends) likes nature and having fun
tidy / reliable / keeps to myself at home unless you want to hangout- I need friends haha I don't have a car (working on it) so I'll be working at a job near our house... I find jobs easily as I have a good resume. (If you know anyone hiring personally I'm willing to try new things to get on my feet)
I've had a rough year with my kid and I'm trying to start over and find peace and a place to stay long term. any other questions let me know ( willing to FaceTime to talk )
