My needs are minimal. Will pay more

I am a very quiet retired professional.  I go to bed early, wake up early and get out of the house to go to a coffee shop to work on my computer.  I have a girlfriend who lives in a house in the area, with whom I will spend a lot of time.  I don't need access to the kitchen, or common areas, but would like to be able to have a small fridge, use a hot plate and a microwave, and a place to park my GMC Acadia. 

I'm "a people person," developing a simple, ingenious, little "save the world project."
