Hi, my name is Lola (short for Dolors) and I am relocating from Spain to Amsterdam, where my daughter has been living for nearly two years, and I am looking for a small studio for a long-term rental. I will be in Amsterdam from December and available to view properties in person.

I am a responsible and calm tenant who keeps a home tidy and welcoming. I receive a stable state pension, have sufficient savings to cover at least one year of rent, and can provide proof of income or bank statements if needed. I am also happy to pay several months in advance.
