It includes in-unit features such as a dishwasher, central heating/AC, an individual bathroom, and a spacious closet.

The building offers excellent amenities, including doorman service, a gym, and a rooftop terrace. The building and the neighborhood are both very safe and in close proximity to the Roosevelt CTA station and public transport.

The apartment will be available starting in January until June. It is situated in a lively neighborhood with all essential services, including Trader Joe’s, Target, cafés, restaurants, parks, yoga and Pilates studios, and bars. It is an excellent option for anyone working or studying at any of the Chicago-area universities.

Base rent includes all utilities except electricity. One working female roommate resides here.
