need 2 roommates, 1 min from uwf

hey everyone,
i’m looking for two roommates to share a bath, house right by uwf — literally about a one-minute drive from campus. rent is $ per person, and that includes all utilities (water, electric, internet, etc.), so you won’t have to juggle extra bills.
the house itself is really nice and already partially furnished. the bedrooms have some basic furniture in them now, (queen beds will have a desk and chair. Possibly a dresser) but i can move things around or take stuff out if you prefer bringing your own setup. the common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) are all set and ready to use.
i’m and in the information tech program at uwf. i’ve only been in pensacola for about three months, so i’m still getting familiar with the area. most of the time i’m either at the gym, gaming, or looking for something to do around town. i don’t smoke, no pets, and i like to keep shared spaces clean.
i’m pretty easygoing and get along with most people. i’m always down to throw on some football, have a game night, or just chill in the living room if everyone’s around. mainly looking for roommates who are respectful and relaxed so the place feels comfortable to live in.
