I am looking for a roommate for a beautiful modern 4 bedroom property on the eastern end of Longmont. House is in a quiet suburb, with a trail/creek behind it, no neighbor on one side, and at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Close to both Calkins and Union Reservoir, with large shopping center nearby. House includes massive backyard and patio, 2 living rooms, basement, washer/dryer, and large garage (currently occupied w/ 2 vehicles).

Ideal (single) roommates are either employed or students full-time, clean, relatively quiet, and responsible. Guests are allowed within reason. Must pass background and credit checks, and provide proof of income and identification. Important to keep friendly open dialogue with me and respect my authority in regards to house related matters as I am responsible for the property.

friendly. Rarely host parties but occasional get togethers are possible. Tenants usually keep to themselves and are in their rooms or out. Responsible roommates are my #1 priority.

First month's rent, last month's rent, and deposit due on move-in (price negotiable). No Pets. Utilities are (mostly heating/cooling costs)
