The building is in Hamilton Heights, a convenient location for transportation (Convenient location to 1 train, buses and A, B, C & D trains), shopping, entertainment, culture etc. It’s close to City College and Columbia University.

I’m clean, neat, friendly, sociable and considerate but can keep to myself when needed. I’m outgoing, however, I do enjoy a simple life with absolutely no drama. I live with 2 cats and a small to medium size dog, they’re all friendly, quiet and people friendly.
This is a quiet home, even with pets.
My social life is low keyed, I enjoy music, going to plays and dinner. I very rarely socialize at home or have guest. That’s an option for a roommate.
I don’t smoke or use drugs of any kind. I’m hoping to share this lovely space with a mature and responsible person.
