I’m renting out a private room in my 3-bedroom apartment in Rego Park.
The room is completely secluded from the other two bedrooms and gives you direct access to the kitchen, so it feels more private than a typical room rental.

You’ll also have a designated common area that you can use as your own living room / dining space. I only walk through it when I’m heading to the kitchen.

The apartment also comes with the option of coming furnished with a queen size mattress, bed frame, small two drawer dresser, & tv mount. Feel free to request pictures if you’d be interested or you can bring your own items as well!

• It is the second floor of a 2 family house, one stair walk-up.

Just me! I’m a clean, respectful woman with two friendly dogs.
My kids (ages ) stay with me every other week, so you must be okay with a family environment occasionally.
