Hi we are renting out a private room w/own complete bathroom.

It’s got a full-sized bed with pillows and sheets, a spacious closet, a ceiling fan, a mini-fridge, TV, microwave and attached restroom and private entrance .

Water, Wi-Fi, and electricity are included (No Washer or Dryer) (no kitchen) personal burner is allowed.

Some house rules:
- No pets
- No smoking
- No access to rest of home

Steeet parking is available.
