​Location: Room for rent within the Corpus Christi Metro Area (including surrounding areas like Portland, Aransas Pass, or Robstown considered if accessible). Ideally, furnished/partially furnished would be outstanding; but it is not a deal breaker if not.

​Budget: $ per month maximum, all-inclusive of major utilities (water, electricity, & gas). Internet would be a plus but I can handle that personally if need be.
