Room for Rent- Browns Bridge! Lake!

Perfectly nestled between Cumming & Gainesville. South of Dawsonville.Forsyth County with Gainesville address. Cozy Room big window and nice closet. Shared bathroom stays super clean and our other roommate is a great guy that I’ve personally known for + years and keeps the house as well as the bathroom immaculate.. so no dirty people..lol I’m currently building a second shed for Jeff and you will have your own shed for storage as well. (The garage is off limits as I run a construction company and I’m pretty crazy about my tools..)
Two other things to not play with… my milk, yogurt, protein, and frozen fruit.. past that, just ask and we’re usually pretty cool about sharing food and stuff. Just don’t be a freeloader and assume you’re going to just eat for free, you’ll be out pretty quickly as food is super expensive! Aside from that there’s no HOA and you can literally walk down to the lake from the house. There’s a ravine that leads down to it out back and I’ve already started building a bridge across it, where most of my land is… I’ll be building an auto shop back there and you’re welcome to use it if you’re into that kind of stuff, just ask first! I love animals but I’m allergic so no pets.. we plan on getting a house pet but not sure exactly which to get just yet. Ummmmmm… yea the house is super nice. We’re just two full time professionals trying to better ourselves and our lives one day at a time. If you’re into drugs or an alcoholic.. please save us the drama and the nightmare.. but if you enjoy fun drugs or can drink like an adult.. then on with it and share! It’s a small neighborhood, everybody kind of keeps to themselves, which I love. It’s a great location depending on where you work and what you do. I spend most my summers working but while I’m not working, I’m in the lake! And you’re more than welcome to join! Makes and females welcome! Just no overnight guests UNLESS “Ok’d” first and I’m cool with them in the weekends but please just be mindful!
