High speed internet 1GB speed, streaming apps on smart tv, room is fully furnished with full size bed, table, dresser, closet and light. Water softener deployed for entire house, so shower and faucets will have softened water. Alkaline water filter availabe in the kitchen. Rent includes utilities that covers water, electricity and internet. Laid back environment, clean and respectful of the other’s space. Preference is for someone with full time job, seeking longer term renter at least 6 months, someone who keeps their living space and areas used clean.
