Looking for sharing room

My name is Japleen Singh, I am new in Bow valley, and I don't know people here. I live full-time in Calgary with my family, but I work in Banff Tuesday through Friday each week, so I'm looking for a small, affordable place to stay in Canmore or Banff during those workdays.
Here's a brief outline of my routine:
• Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, : PM
• Evenings: I usually go to the gym or swimming after work and return home around PM
• Overnights: I only need a quiet place to sleep and shower; I don't cook or host guests and I don't do laundry. I sleep and wake up at ish and leave for work at AM.
• Fridays: I finish work, mostly leave for Calgary directly. sometimes stop by briefly to pick up laundry and then drive back to Calgary for the weekend.
I'm quiet, clean, and responsible, and since I'm only there for three nights a week, the space would be lightly used. I'm open to shared accommodations, a shared room, or even a bunk-style setup, as long as it's safe and economical.
