Looking for a cool space

Hello,

I am working right now while working on Graduate School coursework when possible, looking for a calm space close within a -minute drive to my workplace. I am looking for a space in which I can sometimes do homework while enjoying a chill living space without constant drama. Let me know if you have any questions, I already have two years of experience living with roommates at my past places.
