Lease Takeover for the Spring

Hi! I'm looking for a female to take over my lease in January until July at University Village at Bed/4Bath unit!
Rent is $ a month. WILL NEGOTIATE!
-Located about 5 minutes from Centennial and about minutes from Main Campus.
-Private room furnished with a mattress, bed frame, desk, chair, and a dresser. Connected to a private bathroom and a walk-in closet
-Shared space includes a balcony, a spacious kitchen, 4 kitchen chairs, a couch, a living room chair, a coffee table, and a TV
-Gated complex includes a pool, gym, coffee bar, ping pong table, pool table, study room, volleyball court, and a shuttle to NC State campuses
-Parking pass and utilities included with rent
-About a 2-minute drive/-minute walk to a Food Lion
-Roommates are 2 seniors and 1 junior, all in STEM fields
-Animals are allowed at the complex for an additional monthly fee, but would need to be discussed with roommates if you're interested in bringing one
